  • Technical Data: Basic analytics like IP addresses, browser types, and referring pages to ensure our website functions perfectly, to provide you with the best user experience, and to understand how visitors interact with our content.

We do not collect data just to have it. We use your information strictly to:

  • Conduct your operational audits and design your custom BPMN blueprints.
  • Communicate with you regarding your project, deliverables, and billing.
  • Securely manage your access to our portals or dashboards.
  • Comply with European business and tax regulations.

3. Data Sharing and Confidentiality

Let's be clear: We never sell or rent your personal or business information. Period. We only share your data with trusted infrastructure partners (such as secure cloud hosting, google analytics) who are required to keep your information strictly confidential. If required by law, we will cooperate with legal authorities.

We design secure digital infrastructures for a living, and we apply those exact high standards to our own agency. We use industry-standard encryption and strict access controls to prevent any unauthorized access to your business details.

Because we operate out of Belgium, we strictly adhere to European data protection standards. Regardless of where you live, you have the right to:

Service Delivery

Oikro is a premium consulting and implementation agency. All deliverables (audits, BPMN blueprints, automations, and software development) are custom-built. We provide a detailed Statement of Work (SOW) before any project begins.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom, labor-intensive nature of our work, refunds are not available once work has commenced. We dedicate significant engineering and consulting hours from the start, unless otherwise stated in your specific contract.

Cancellation Policy (For Retainers)

If you are on an ongoing maintenance or orchestration retainer, you may cancel your partnership with a 30-day written notice. Once cancelled, we will safely hand over all documentation and you will not be billed for the following cycle. We do not issue partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
